Today, the weather is still great in Dubai, so John and I went to experience Camel Races at the Dubai Marmoom Heritage Festival. It is always an adventure just getting to the correct highway. We arrived to see hundreds of Camels.

The start line is impressive with so many camels at the gate. The owners of the camels are in their trucks, ready to drive along side. Honking horns, cheering on their camel. |

We had a great morning at the races, they start early here. 7 am, maybe earlier. I thought they would be finished before noon, because of the heat. But hundreds more to race after we left. The races go til March 31 at Marmoom, I hope to go back.
